Cocktail of the Week: February 17, 2016

La Cuq-Sriracha

La Cuq-Sriracha

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz Tito's Handmade Vodka
  • 3/4 oz. Honey and Sriracha infused simple syrup
  • 1 1/2 oz. Cucumber Juice

Directions:

Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker. 
Shake, strain over ice into cocktail glass and serve.

Love is Margarita

Love is Margarita

Ingredients:


  • 3 oz. chocolate milk
    1 oz. Sauza Silver Tequila
    1 oz. strawberry purée 
    Garnish: chocolate covered strawberry

Directions:

Combine chilled chocolate milk, Sauza and strawberry puree in a tall glass. 
Stir vigorously, pour into a glass, and garnish with a chocolate covered strawberry.

Beer Sangria

Beer Sangria

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups white grape juice
1 cup vodka
1 cup seedless grapes, halved
1 crisp red apple, quartered, cored and sliced 1/4-inch thick
1 orange, quartered and sliced
Five 12-ounce bottles wheat beer, well chilled

Directions:

Combine the grape juice, vodka, grapes, apples and oranges in a pitcher. Refrigerate at least 1 hour and up to 8 for the flavors to infuse.

Fill wine glasses halfway with the grape juice mixture and some fruit. Fill the rest of the glass with beer.
